We\u2019ve always believed in training and in youth, and the Coffee Competition<\/strong> is our way of putting these values into practice.<\/span><\/p>\n

This project has been running for more than ten years now, engaging with numerous schools from different parts of Italy.<\/span><\/p>\n

The competition<\/strong> is based on the preparation of food and drink made with coffee<\/strong>, and is divided into three sections in which the young entrants compete to make the best cocktail, recipe and classic espresso. The highly qualified jury<\/em> offers them the chance to learn from the advice and numerous indications provided by experts in the sector.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Coffee Competition<\/em> takes place in one day, and is the result of a close, intense joint effort between Cubacaf\u00e8<\/em> and the Hotel and Catering Schools<\/em> that are training the professionals of the future.<\/span><\/p>\n
